+ Login with a new device on a new IP address with an already used Personalised Live Stream URL now gives 2 options:

1) Login as same user, loggin out the first ip address that also used the TicketID (only possible with status *paid* to avoid misuse)

2) Create a new TicketID for the (new) user, after the user enters their Name and Email

+ This resulted in a so called 'IP address switch' functionality (max 1 switch per viewer payment)

+ Events with an amount of EUR 0.00 will only require Registration, no payment

+ In dashboard, switch IP address access ON or OFF, on Payment and IP address level
